Qualicum Beach, BC– August 16, 2013— In conjunction with the Coastal Fire Centre, the Town of Qualicum Beach has lifted the campfire ban within the Qualicum Beach Fire Protection Area.
All beach fires and campfires, not larger than a one half-meter wide by one-half meter high, are now permitted as per the Town of Qualicum Beach Outdoor Burning Bylaw No. 601.03.
